Once complete, barring the necessity of major changes, the prototype will immediately be removed from service to have the exterior cosmetics and finishes completed, the air-conditioning fitted and the interior installed. Final construction tasks: The motor mount construction includes: one quarter-inch of solid carbon fiber outer laminate, fused to the core, with one quarter-inch of kevlar inner laminate, re-enforced with multiple internal bulkheads (also sheathed in kevlar) all through-bolted with eight, 1/2 inch stainless steel bolts. All molded into a sleek, custom package, skillfully blended into the existing lines of the craft:
